In the house there are six apartments in total, which differ by their size and layout. In the ground floor there is a studio for handicapped with a barrier-free access to all its parts including specially adjusted and equipped bathroom and toilets. There is a loft studio with a large living space, separated bedroom and entrance to terrace above the house. There is also one more apartment with two separated bedrooms.
